For those new comers to SkedX and veteran SkedX'er who may need a refresher I have briefly provided an overview of the main features on the homepage. Hope this help you navigate your way through SkedX. Happy Scheduling!

1. Action Tabs: Whether you want to update your weekly availability, manage your vacations, add more employees, or just curious on the amount of working hours scheduled for the week, under the Action Tabs is where you will find it.  Scrolling over these tabs will bring up multiple options to help with all of your employee’s scheduling/management needs.  

2. My Schedule This Week:  Forget when you work? Well, there no need to fret because we’ve got your back.  The weekly schedule is constantly updated to help you stay on top of your working schedule. Whenever the manager makes changes to your schedule you will know. The day of calling in just to ask when you work are over.

3. My Alerts:  The SkedX alerts system helps staff stay on top of any changes made to their schedule. Whether you are try to swap shifts, request vacations or take a partial day off you will know of its status. This is a great way to keep track of changes in your work schedule.

4. Wall/ Notifications:  Need to get a urgent message sent to your staff immediately. SkedX’s wall can help you do just that. The wall provides a great way for employees and managers to communicate to one another without all the fuss.Any changes to your profile will be logged under your notifications. For example, your manager updates your hourly wage a notification will appear the next time you sign in.

5. Achievements/Badges: Want to see where your staff excels and who has earned certain badges for completing specific tasks? The achievements box directs you to a leader board that displays which employees have the most points and which badges. 

6. Manage Account: Need to make updates to your account or changes your password? Under the manage account screen is where you will have the option of doing just that.
