With SkedX, employees are notified by email of their schedule for the week and also of any changes made to the schedule. This includes shift swaps, availability changes, vacations and more. 

When making the schedule after you have completed filling it out for the week and clicked publish, all employees are then sent an email of their schedule.

This ensures there is no miscommunication and that the employee is notified well in advance of when they are scheduled.
