Text Message/ SMS Notifications Feature - With SkedX your employee can be notified of when they're working the day before via SMS/Text message notification.

For an employee to receive SMS notification of shifts they are scheduled for they must include their mobile phone number in their employee profile.

To add an employee’s mobile number, mouse over the red staff tab and click "Add Employee" ("Manage Employee" if you are adding for an existing employee)

On the employee's profile, you will see under the box to include there mobile phone number there is a check box for the SMS notification option.

To enable text message/SMS notifications simply click the box then click save changes. 

From there, that employee will now receive a notification the day before a scheduled shift to their mobile phone.
