Time Clock- Time in and Time out has never been so simple. This turns any computer into a check in and check out station.

(To turn on this feature you would need to sign in from a manager profile.)

At the top right corner click on the

This will bring you to the Time Clock menu.

Employees will be able to check in and check out by simply entering in their login and password.

One thing employees should remember is they will have to log back out after they have completed their shifts. This will help the manager accurately track employees hours.

The information will be tracked and stored under your company where you can later refer to for reports and other payroll purposes.

To keep track of employee check ins and outs, mouse over the orange reports tab and click "Shift Checkins" 

From here you can see how many hours have actually been worked in relation to hours scheduled. 

Note:
-In order to log out of this Check in menu a Manager would Exit Time Clock mode. Disabling the menu would require the Manager login and password.
