Note Features - Creating individual notes for employees which are found on the schedule as well as attached to their schedule emails.
Under the Enter Schedule tabs, Managers have the ability to create specific notes for employees.

Right underneath each shift cell there is an area where managers can enter notes. (See below)

Clicking on the box will prompt a miniature window to open. From here you will be able to enter specific message for your staff.
Close the window by clicking on the note.

The note will be sent once you have published the schedule.
