How to: Enter a Schedule

Entering a Schedule

  1. Select the week that you would like to schedule in the “Week Ending” box
  2. Decide on how you would like to view your employee on the schedule:
  • Seniority: The most senior employee first
  • Last Name: Alphabetical order by last name
  • Full Time: Putting the full time employees on the top of the scheduling page
  1. Review availability. The availability is colour coordinated:
  • Green: available all day
  • Yellow: specified availability (click on sell to view the available time.)
  • Red: Unavailable
  1. Enter the time for your schedule (in the format 9:00am-5:00pm)
  2. Select if there are any specified duties or positions from the drop box under each cell
  3. Click Finalize once your ready to send your schedule off to your employees.

Note: If you are not finished your schedule and are not ready to finalize, your times are automatically saved and will be there the next time you log in.
