Here is a quick way cut down the amount of time you spend scheduling each week.
Many times, schedules stay the same week-to-week. Instead of having to input the same information every week, just click the "Copy Last Weeks Schedule" at the top left corner of your scheduling screen. What this does is copy everything, exactly as you had it the previous week. All you have left to do is make sure you have accounted for any availability changes and vacation request, then you can go on to finalize the schedule for the week.
*NOTE: When you copy the last weeks schedule, it overwrites any information you had previously written on the schedule.
